Jim Lyles has been providing quality real estate services since 1983. He holds membership in the National Association of Realtors and adheres to its strict code of ethics. He has earned various professional real estate designations including:
The Graduate Realtors Institute designation (GRI). The GRI is awarded by the National Association of Realtors and is nationally recognized and considered to be the nation’s primary professional real estate designation. This award is earned after successfully completing an educational program that includes 92 hours of live course instruction by experienced faculty.
He has also earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation (CRB) which signifies a high degree of excellence and is awarded by the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council to some of the most successful managers in the real estate industry. CRB’s must complete a comprehensive training series and have proven management experience.
Jim has earned the Certified International Property Specialist designation (CIPS) which is awarded by the Association of Realtors to real estate professionals that complete a broad curriculum of courses on international property, currency and cultural topics. CIPS designees must also complete a number of international real estate transactions to complete their requirements. Along with the designation, comes access to the CIPS network of worldwide seasoned real estate professionals, which provides Jim’s clients access to buyers and listings in virtually any part of the world.
He has also been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) which is awarded by the National Association of Realtors through the Council of Residential Specialists. CRS is the nationally recognized symbol for residential sales excellence in the United States. To receive this honor, a Realtor must complete a series of specialized courses and demonstrate a record of positive performance based on transaction history.
